SoGal Summit
Mostest helped bring SoGal Summit to life in SoHo, creating a full-day experience for 200 founders, investors, and industry leaders built around ideas, community, and connection.

Overview
SoGal Summit brought together founders, investors and industry leaders for an afternoon and evening designed around ambitious ideas—and meaningful connection.
The program moved from conversations on community-powered brands, sustainability, healthcare and AI to rapid-fire founder pitches and discussions with leaders behind some of today’s most exciting companies. Nearly 500 founders applied for the opportunity to pitch live at the Summit.
But the experience wasn’t designed to feel like a traditional conference.
From “Mission Mingle” and “Pause & Connect” to a closing celebration of drinks, dinner and dancing, connection was intentionally built into the entire day. SoGal Summit 2025 Agenda
The Goal
SoGal wanted to create a summit that reflected the community it has built: ambitious, optimistic, founder-driven and deeply human.
The challenge was bringing a full afternoon of programming to life without sacrificing the energy and spontaneity that make in-person gatherings valuable.
Guests needed to be able to learn from the stage, discover new founders, meet people they wouldn’t otherwise encounter—and then transition seamlessly into a celebration.
The Challenge
With programming running from an invite-only LP session through panels, founder spotlights, live pitches, networking moments and an evening celebration, the event required multiple experiences to coexist within a single day.
The schedule was intentionally dynamic. Educational programming had to transition into connection moments, refreshments, pitches and ultimately dinner and dancing without making guests feel like they were simply moving through an agenda.
The details mattered because the flow of the event was part of the product.
The Mostest Approach
Mostest helped translate SoGal’s vision into a cohesive guest experience, managing the details behind the scenes so the programming and community could remain at the center.
Rather than treating networking as something that happened between sessions, the experience was structured to encourage it throughout—from conversation cards during Mission Mingle to dedicated pauses inviting guests to meet someone new. The Summit then transitioned into a women-led food and beverage experience, dinner and dancing to close the night.
The Results
Nearly 500 founder applicants. A full afternoon of programming. One experience built around bringing the right people together. SoGal Summit 2025 Agenda
The Summit created multiple reasons for guests to connect—not just exchange business cards. Conversation prompts sparked introductions. Founder pitches created discovery. Food and drinks from women founders brought the community directly into the experience. And dinner and dancing gave guests a reason to stay after the formal programming ended.
The result was a summit that felt less like a conference and more like a community coming together.
Why It Worked
Connection wasn't the break between the programming. It was the programming.
SoGal had the community and the ideas. Mostest helped create the environment where those people and ideas could collide.
