I was overwhelmed, but Sarah and her team stepped in and helped me evaluate all the venue options in SF. We quickly narrowed it down to two viable choices. After visiting the venues, I made a decision within three days, and through weekend negotiations, we secured the new venue, allowing our event to proceed smoothly.
